Terms & Conditions

General
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us at Home 2 Shop (United Kingdom). By ordering goods from Home 2 Shop (United Kingdom) you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. Home 2 Shop (UK) is an Online Retailer of consumer products and can only supply goods and services to UK residents aged 18 years and over. Unless stated otherwise, all calls made to Home 2 Shop (United Kingdom) cost 3 pence per minute from a BT landline, Mobile Providers and other Networks may vary. Orders
A contract is formed between Home 2 Shop (UK) and you when we agree to accept your order and despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched the order may be canceled by contacting our customer service team within reasonable time. Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been processed for despatch and you have received an email confirmation that your order has been accepted for despatch.

Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charge applies to any mainland (UK) address. Computers, Jewellery and other high value goods over £200 are charged at a flat rate of £15.00 per item to cover high value secure delivery via DHL. Optional upgrades to our standard delivery service are available during the checkout process for next day and 48 hour delivery.

Free Delivery Offers
From time to time we offer promotional free delivery offers which are subject to availability and do NOT apply to the purchase of computers and other high value items with a retail price of over £200.

Next Day Delivery
The next day delivery (optional) service can be applied to orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday that follows. The next day delivery service is only available to UK mainland addresses and is subject to stock being availability and service demand. All delivery services that we offer are guaranteed, and include insurance cover to the value of the item. A signature is required upon delivery of your parcel. Delivery details including estimated delivery date will be confirmed at the time you order.

Returns
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may apply a re-stocking fee of 15% market value form the current or last selling price of the item. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the 10 period may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer, at the customers expense. Return carriage on all parcels is non refundable and the customer shall accept responsibility for such fee's incured.

Computers, Jewellery and other high value goods should only be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery and be covered by the appropriate carraige insurance. Goods over the value of £200 require a (RAN) Returns Authorisation Number, which can be obtained from our customer service operator prior to returning your goods, this is to allow us to track and trace your returned item, and to ensure that a swift refund can be issued the day your goods arrive back at our depot. Home 2 Shop (UK) does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any items whilst being returned to our depot. Customers wishing to return goods should do so using the original packaging supplied. Refunds or exchanges can not be given on either sample pots or full size pots of paint unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered.

For hygiene reasons certain jewellery items, cosmetics and grooming products, duvets and pillows, and pet item cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty. Self assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. Perishable items such as food, drinks and fresh flowers cannot be returned unless found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. Your legal rights are not affected.

Please note: Refunds may be delayed by up to 7 days whilst your return is validated. DVDs, Music CD & Blu-Ray films returned must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unused, in the original packaging and with any security seals still intact.

Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card must be registered to the address where your order is being delivered. Payments are processed by our payment vendor Paypal UK.

We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by our third party vendor Paypal UK and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Postal Orders can be sent with a Cheque drawn on (UK) Banks only. Cheques are subject to clearance and therefore customers should allow 14 days for processing and delivery. We are able to arrange same day despatch for orders received by post that are accompanied by British Postal Order or Cash (sent by Special Delivery Only)

Prices
The prices quoted on our website are those ruling at the time of publication. Total prices will be shown in your shopping basket and on your delivery note. If for any reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 10 days in new condition. The delivery note that comes supplied with all orders has a Returns Note and label on the reverse, which you should complete and include with any returned items. Certain products cannot be returned. See Returns section above for details.

We reserve the right to alter or amend the price of items at any given time and will publish the new price on the website at such time. We reserve the right to withdraw any items from sale without notice. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, and to request part or full payment in advance, All Prices of goods displayed and ordered through this website will be honoured by Home 2 Shop (UK) at the time of purchase. If we make a mistake and publish an incorrect price either higher or lower and a transaction is processed we will honour such price at the time the transaction was processed, until such time that the error is amended. All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment. All orders are subject to VAT at 20% which will be added during checkout.

Availability
All orders for products displayed on our website are subject to availability. In the event of seasonal supply difficulties we reserve the right to places orders on back order for up to 10 days or offer a suitable alternative of equal quality and value on the customers agreement, we will confirmed such alternative with the customer prior to supplying the item. Chocolates, Champagne and fresh Flowers are excluded from our substitution policy. We reserve the right to reject or withdraw any order at our sole discresion.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you should have cause for complaint, we aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
